Amazing service, awesome techs, fantastic online support and highly reasonable price for the service you get. I have been a customer for many years- approx 2015 ish. They have always given the best in service. I was upgrade to the fiber optics a few months back. The tech Oscar was responsible, respectful and spotless in the work done. The laying of the cable required approx 200 ft of a small trench which was done with extreme care not to trash the yard. It wasn’t an easy dig as my property has proven I have more rocks than dirt. The work was flawless. The upgrade upped my bill by approx 15$ which is well worth the service I am receiving. When I had a small issue - my goats decided the small cable looked tasty 🙄- it was repaired the same day. They didn’t even charge me for something that was of my doing. The goats were being goats. No more storm disruption or lagging. I LOVE IT !!!!! There installation crews are very professional and get the job done with no excuses. My guy called me two hours early to see if he could come early, my answer was, you bet. Take my word for it. Go with fiber, you won't, regret it and never look back. This is the second time I have taken a laptop in to be fixed and have been pleased. They are fast and efficient. I got the computer back the next day. They communicate well. Shop is clean and quiet. Great experience with installation in house as well as with overall service. I had a router fail, service was still up yesterday. Excellent trouble shooting by Tyler in tech support and he determined a replacement was needed. I explained I had 6 hours of critical meetings today and he delivered a new router to my home on his way home from work! Problem solved! Great service!
